Exchange and Warranty
We know that it might be nerve-wrecking buying your glasses online. That's why our services don’t just end once you've placed your order. We’re committed to making sure your glasses are comfortable and enjoyable to wear.
What does your warranty entail?
We provide a one (1) year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects found in our products. If a product is defective, we’ll repair or replace it for free.
Can I exchange my frames?
We provide a one-month exchange period starting from your order date exclusively for frames under our flagship Glasses Collection. Exchanges are free for frames of the same model (e.g. Salingers, Hermanns). Additional fees may apply if you’d like to exchange your frame for a different model as we’d have to reshape your lenses in addition.
I just received my frames and they don't fit well. What should I do?
The following issues can be fixed with some quick adjustments:

The frames are too tight or too loose behind your ears

The temples are too tight or too loose at the sides of your face

The frames are crooked or slide down your face
Before purchasing online, we encourage you to check if the size of the frame is suitable for your face. You can take a look at the frame measurements (available at the bottom of each individual product page) as well as our Fit Guide for a better idea.
What do I do if I'm experiencing issues with my prescription?
Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new prescription, but if you're having ongoing trouble with your pair, let us know and our team will assist you.
If the problem persists, we may ask you to make a new booking to drop by our office for a check-up. In any case, we'll do our best to solve your issue!
